When you thought that Tuesday would be less exciting without the Champions League this month, more action is set to come your way!

Just days after an action packed football weekend, we are back to the action, as the title race takes shape. Chelsea maintained its excellent form to remain at the sumit of the log, as did Arsenal which is second. Manchester United maintained its calm and survived to escape conceding another last minute goal, as has been the norm in recent fixtures.

An underperforming Leicester City and Jamie Vardy came to the party, and effectively sorted Pep and his City side 4-2 in what was probably one of the  most bitter defeats this season. City started the season in style, and it was almost impossible to imagine that Pep could watch as his defense collapsed and shipped in four, while his attack failed to respond effectively.

City is currently a side low on confidence, and with 3 key players suspended something certainly has to change.

Everton welcome Arsenal in the first midweek fixture, and this is certainly a must watch.

The Gunners are in excellent form, and their opponents on the night have had a wavy season, and don't seem to have the tools to stop them. One win in nine games is certainly a record Everton will be keen to improve. Arsenal swept aside Stoke City last weekend, despite enduring a scary start. Goodison Park is a tough place to pick points, and Wenger must ensure his side settle in the game early and get an early goal too. Mustafi is out for Arsenal, while Yannick Bolasie will miss out on Everton’s team list. A tight one though we expect Arsenal to come out on top.

Bournemouth welcomes Leicester at the Vitality in another exciting  contest. Both sides have been involved in some exciting fixtures of late, filled with goals, and both will look to outdo each other.

The Cherries have had a worrying backline, conceding 25 goals in 15 ties. Eddie Howe’s men have however, scored a bunch of goals too, and will look to net more against The Foxes.

Leicester is at the brink of setting a new unwanted record. No Premier League has side has collected fewer points away in the first eight away games, and nothing short of victory is welcome here.

The Foxes have shipped in 18 goals in 7 matches on the road, and just like their opponents both sides have shown frailties at the back. We can expect a host of goals here.
