Posta Rangers Head Coach Sammy Pamzo Omollo has clarified that Geoffrey Kataka and Patrick Matasi will indeed travel to England to play English Premier League side Hull City on Monday 27 February 2017 at KCOM Stadium.
Reports across a section of media platforms had indicated that the duo will not make the trip over Visa documentation issue after they applied for Visa as Postal Communication employees with Matasi set to be replace by Gor Mahia goalkeeper Boniface Oluoch.
However, Pamzo has poured cold water on the reports noting that it was just a clalification that was needed and the pair has indeed filed all the required documents.
-We submitted their documents and they just wanted clarification and we clarified to them that they are Posta Rangers employees [football players]. The reports are not valid because the two [Matasi and Kataka] will travel.
A team of 18 players was chosen form the initial 47 players after a two week training session with Hull City coaches at Moi Stadium Kasarani.
