Benjamin Nyangweso will return to Ulinzi Stars bigger and better, Team Manager Capt Joe Birgen has said.

Nyangweso, who won the 2010 Kenyan Premier League title and the inaugural Top 8 with the Stars, was sacked last week after a series of poor performances.

He was replaced by the man he replaced at the helm and his assistant Sammy Simiyu.

According to Ulinzi Chair JS Mwinyikai, Nyangweso has been sent out on a four month military training course and upon his return will be given another position at the club, something Birgen openly looks forward to.

Help club on return

-Nyangweso was a good coach for the club, regardless of him being sacked.

-He has moved on to a training course which he had to take and will be back in four months.

-When he comes back, I think he will bring a lot to the club, because he has the expertise and experience of winning titles. He will add alot to us and will be bigger and better, Birgen told Futaa.com.

Ulinzi will hope to have improved by the time Nyangweso comes back as at the moment, the club is struggling, having won only once in eight games in the KPL.
