Premier League Champions Manchester
City picked up a 1-0 over hosts Aston Villa in a league game played at the
Villa Park on Monday 4 March 2013.

came late in the first half when Carlos Tevez capitalized on an error by Villa
skipper Ciaran Clark.
Clark, when expected to play safe, opted to take a turn. He slipped, was
disposesed by Edin Dzeko whose feed found Tevez who planted home the only
goal of the game.
Dzeko had come in as a 25th minute substitute for Jack Rodwell who had to be pulled out
after a harm string injury recurred.
