AFC Leopards’Ghanaian attacker Gilbert Fiamenyo is set to jet into the country on Wednesday 11 to begin pre-season training with the team, the club has confirmed.
The former Djurgadens IF attacker signed for Leopards in August 2016 a month after the KPL mid-season window had been closed and did not feature for the team as he had not been cleared.
He will arrive in the country on Wednesday as confirmed by Leopards CEO Ronald Namai in an interview with Futaa.com.
-Fiamenyo will be here tomorrow (Wednesday) to begin training, he has confirmed that he will jet in on Wednesday. He's a good striker and as a club we are planning well and looking forward to a better 2017 season, Namai told Futaa.com.
Fiamenyo has previously featured for Swedish club Djurgadens IF home to Kenyan international Michael Olunga. He has also featured for Hearts Of Oak and Ebusua Dwarfs in Ghana among other clubs.
