Kisumu’s Moi Stadium whose upgrading is set to start on
Monday 14 May 2012 is a target venue for this year’s CECAFA Senior Challenge
Football Kenya Federation chairman Sam Nyamweya confirmed that its upgrading would
offer an additional venue for the annual tourney set for Kenya later this year.

- With the upgrading of Kisumu Municipal Stadium, Kenya will
be able to host this year’s CECAFA
Senior Challenge Cup and Premier League matches .
contractor will move to the site this coming Monday and completion of the
project is expected take seven months.
