Gor Mahia striker Paul Odhiambo is
set for a return to Kakamega where he will link up with Western Stima for a
season long loan deal.
The striker has been facing stiff competition for starting berths at the
Kenyan Premier League (KPL) champions with Ugandan Dan Sserunkuma and Kenyan
international Edwin Lavatsa coming before him in the pecking order at the team.
According to the Western Stima chairman Mr. Laban Jobita, the club has
reached an agreement with Gor Mahia for the loan deal and will be expecting the
player to bolster their forward line for the 2014 season.
-We have agreed with Gor Mahia that they will loan us Odhiambo for the
season so we are expecting him here any time soon, he told futaa.com.
Odhiambo joined Gor Mahia in 2013 as a mid season acquisition from the now
relegated Kakamega Homeboyz.
