Former Muhoroni Youth Head Coach Tom Juma has expressed hope in landing a new job when the 2017 season takes a break.
Juma took over from Bobby Ogolla as an interim Head Coach and went on to guide the team to lift the 2016 Top 8 Cup by beating 15-time Premier League champions Gor Mahia.
Speaking to Futaa, Juma revealed that he had received offers but negotiations did not materialize but he is optimistic of getting a new job in 2017 KPL mid season.
-All the teams have already planned themselves so I am targeting mid season that's my plan. There were some negotiations but then again the talks were not materializing. You never know what happens in this football industry so I'm just waiting for another opportunity. You cannot go from one job and land another just like that but I am hopeful that I will be back in mid season.
The 2017 KPL season will kick off without Muhoroni Youth, Sofapaka, KCB, and Vihiga United as it awaits Sports Disputes Tribunal verdict on which of the four teams will join the 16 teams in the top flight.
