Division One side Ligi Ndogo FC has released seven players
as it restructures ahead of the second leg.
A source at the club has
confirmed that five of the seven players have joined other clubs in the
second-tier league while one has joined a Nairobi Provincial League side while
another is set to attend trials abroad.
Brillian Ochieng has joined
Moyas, Thomas Lugera to Coast United, David Okiki has moved to Gatundu Stars, Edwin
Mkanda (Kibera Black Stars), Cliff Ouma (Kibera Celtic), Charmant Chihuguya
(KRA) while Mohammed Hussein is set to travel for trials abroad.
Ligi Ndogo is sixth in the
Division One Zone A Group One log with 16 points from 11 matches and is keen on
doing better in the second leg.
