Spanish Giants Barca’s star forward Neymar Jr has reportedly expressed his desire to join a top Premier League side some day.
The 25-year-old has admitted that he likes the style of play and the teams in the Premier League, singling out Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool as potential destinations he would consider should that day come.
The Brazilian, who scored twice in Barcelona’s historic comeback versus Ligue 1 side PSG, revealed that he admires the competitiveness and unpredictable nature of the Premier League, hinting at Leicester’s fairytale season last year which saw a little known club capture the League’s top honours.
Playing for the likes of United’s Jose Mourinho or City’s Pep Guardiola is an additional incentive for the marksman who has made 35 appearances, scored 14 goals and assisted 18 in all competitions for the Catalans this season. Fans will however have to wait for four-and-a-half years to see if this becomes a reality - the remainder of his contract with Barca.
