Division One side Kericho Zoo has strongly defending the weekend officials in their match against West Kenya at the Green Stadium.
In a communiqué to futaa.com, the club Secretary David Maina dispelled the claims m,ade by their weekend opponents terming them as falling short in facts.

-As a member of Kericho Zoo Football Club, am appalled by the remarks of Mr. Frederick Wakhisi of West Kenya Football club who did not even attend the match at the Green Stadium.
-He is basically reporting what his juniors fed him on. For the record I would like to stand by my word that West Kenya Football Club is just an ordinary club and should not expect any preferential treatment.
West Kenya on Monday lamented that the officials ended the match prematurely denying them a chance to get level in the match.
West Kenya Sugar FC lost 1-2 to Zoo Kericho in a Division One Zone B match played at the Green Stadium in Kericho on Saturday 21 October 2012.
