leaders AFC Leopards a 2-1 defeat at the Afraha Stadium.

In handing Leopards their fifth loss of the season, Western Stima bagged three vital points that moved the teams season haul from 30 to 33 and a seventh placing on the log.
Besides the points, Western Stima, who moved the game from Bukhungu in Kakamega to Afraha in Nakuru, topped up the points with cash collected from the gates.
Kshs 444,100
As confirmed by Martin Nkaari, a Director at professional gate handlers Ticket Masters, Kshs 444,100 (before deductions) was collected from the clash.
Kshs 99,500 was raised from the VIP stands after the sale of 199 tickets each retailing at Kshs 500. The terraces raised Kshs 344,600 from the sale of 1,723 tickets at Kshs 200 each.
