West Kenya, Outgrowers the biggest winners

West Kenya Sugar and Outgrowers were awarded a walk-over each after their Saturday 27 October, opponents in the Division One [Zone B] League failed to turn up for the matches.

The Millers were scheduled to host a financially stricken Shabana at Bukhungu Stadium, while Outgrowers were planned to meet Utawala in Busia.

Easy points

The players for the home teams and the match officials made their way to the pitch but their opponents were nowhere in sight.

Despite the walk-over, West Kenya remain sixth on the log same to Outgrowers, who are placed 18^th with 27 points.
