Weekend bout pushed back

AP

The weekend Division One [Zone A] tie between hosts Kibera Celtic and Administration Police [AP] has been pushed to Sunday 4 November 2012 at the Woodley Stadium starting 1600Hrs.

According to AP’s Secretary General Ibrahim Jillo Guyo, the club made the request to FKF in order to give their players enough time to rest after their midweek encounter against Magongo Rangers.

Congested fixtures

-We needed to take a longer rest since we played just one day ago and it is great that the federation has accepted the request.

Administration Police managed an encouraging 2-0 win over the Mombasa based side and according to Jillo a day was not enough to shed off the fatigue.

AP are placed second on the standings and a win iver the weekend will leave the in second behind Premier League bound leaders Bandari FC.
