Waw and five others signed by Homeboyz

Newly promoted Tusker Premier League [TPL] side Kakamega Homeboyz have bolstered their squad by signing a raft of players ahead of the 2013 season.

Homeboyz have acquired the services of Griffin Amatala, John Waw, Wellingtone Murwayi [both from Oserian], Elly Otuoma [Muhoroni Youth], Andrew Kulecho [Thika United] and Mugai High School striker Moses Mudavadi.

One year

Confirming the news to futaa.com, the debutants’ team manager Boniface Imbenzi said that all the new signings have been offered a one year deal each.

-We have acquired the signatures of Waw, Amatala, Murwayi, Kulecho, Otuomwa and Mudavadi. They have signed a one-year renewable contract each, he revealed.

Homeboyz will take on AFC Leopards in their first TPL match on Saturday 16 February at Mumias Sports Complex.
