Victor Wanyama spent a rare 90 minutes on the bench when
Scottish Champions Celtic
took on visiting Kilmarnock
in a league tie on Saturday 27 October 2012.
Regular starter
Celtic fell 0-2 in the game played at the Celtic Park from 1700hrs local time as Kilmarnock picked up a goal on either half.
Cillian Sheridan got the first on 43 minutes before Liam Kelly added the second, a penalty, two minutes after the hour mark.
There was no space though for regular starter Wanyama who also missed out on a place off the bench as the three available places went to Gary Hooper, Patrick Mccourt and Anthony Watt.
Top scorer
Despite the loss, Celtic is still top of the 12-team Scottish league with 20 points after playing ten games. Kilmarnock has now improved upward to sixth with 15 points from 11 games.
