Kakamega Muslim escaped from Naivasha with three crucial points after beating Oserian Ladies 2-3 in a FKF Girls Division One [Western Zone] League match, on Saturday 1 September.
National junior team striker Joy Wafula scored a goal and made an assist to propel the Kakamega-based side to the victory.

Wafula unleashed a powerful shot in the 27th minute forcing keeper Esther Ekaru to punch the ball in the field of play for Phanice Wekati to slot home the rebound from a close range.
Ten minutes later, Topista Situma doubled the lead after she dribbled past Oserian defender and ended up sending the keeper to the wrong side.
Second half goals
In the 41st minute, Wafula got her name on the score-sheet before Jacinta Wilfred pulled a goal back for Oserian from the spot after Cecilia Kundu handled the ball in the box.
Marine Wamboi setted-up Wilfred to score her second goal of the match in the 74th minute but could not salvage a draw.
