Veteran striker ends season prematurely

Veteran Karuturi Sport striker Jacob Omondi has been sidelined for the rest of the season after tearing his ligaments during their last match against Muhoroni Youth at home.

Season end

Confirmed reports from the camp in Naivasha indicated to futaa.com that Jacob Omondi has now been referred to The Aga Khan Hospital from Kijabe Mission Hospital where he was examined earlier in the week.

This only means that the striker will not take part in any other match for the team this season as they fight to finish in a better slot on the standings after an injury plagued season.

Karuturi now joins a host of other players also facing lengthy sessions on the sidelines from the past matches.
