Defending Champions Ulinzi Stars will kick off the 2011 season on the 26th of February as the team takes on Thika United at Karuturi grounds in the first game of the season at 1400 hours.
According to the season fixtures released by the Kenya Premier League (KPL) after the approval by the Technical and Development Committee (TDC), eight games will fill up the first weekend; five games on Saturday 26th and three on Sunday 27th.
Promoted side Bandari will host Chemelil Sugar at the Mombasa Municipal Stadium, as Karuturi plays Nairobi City Stars at their backyard.
Congo United will hit the road and land at Awendo for their first ever top flight game against Sony Sugar, the same day two key games will take place between Sofapaka and Mathare, Tusker and AFC Leopards.
