Ulinzi Stars returned to winning ways after a narrow 1-0 win over Sofapaka in a game played at the Afraha Stadium on Sunday 16 September 2012.

Compared to a Saturday game played at the same venue between Western Stima and AFC Leopards, there was a lot less fans in attendance on Sunday.

According to Ticket Masters, a total sum of Kshs 80,300 from the sale of tickets which retailed at Kshs for VIP and Kshs 100 for terraces.
