Kenya U23 national team keeper Joel Bataro has vowed to stop Gor Mahia FC as Thika United FC host them on Sunday 12 February in milky affair Kenyan Premier League clash.
Bataro, who was a revelation to the Junior’s side performance during the West African friendly tour, has been touted as one of the emerging talent this decade. He's also won the Best Goalkeeper award in the inaugural KPL U19 tournament after propelling Thika to silverware.

-We’re really prepared for that game and believe me it won’t be easy for Gor bearing in mind that it'll be our opening match of the season, Bataro told futaa.com.
-Our pre-season preparations have been very successful, the build-up matches were superb and now it’s up for us to confirm it under the sun against K’ogalo, added the youngster who is waiting for official trials invitation from France.
