Two players released by Bandari

Wycliffe Kasaya
Bandari have officially released two players from their ranks.

Goalkeeper Wycliffe Kasaya and forward Andrew Murunga are the only two players that have been released by the dockers so far this off-season.

Kasaya has since joined Gor Mahia, while Murunga is said to be close to a move to a big club.

Mutual consent

Bandari coach Rishadi Shedu says that the two players have left the club on mutual consent.

-We have only released two players from our squad for last season. Wycliffe Kasaya and Andrew Murunga, who both asked to be released.

-Kasaya has asked to move away, because he has commitments in Nairobi from next year, thus the move to Gor Mahia, while Murunga is simply seeking greener pastures.

-Apart from those two, no one else has left, Shedu told Futaa.com.

Shedu has also confirmed that the club will name a number of new signings in the coming week.
