Having won the first available silverware of the season in the DSTV Super Cup over the weekend; beating Gor Mahia on penalties, Sunday 5 February 2012, the club will now set it's sights on defending the Kenyan Premier League.
They kick off their title defence by hosting City Stars on Saturday 11 February.
With the club also in contention for the KPL Top 8, CAF Champions League and the FKF Cup, they will aim on collecting atleast three of the four on offer.
Big squad
-We are very happy with the win over Gor Mahia because it was against a really good team.
-It is nice to start the season with a trophy, as the players get motivated, which is important for us, considering the season we have ahead.
-Over the weekend, we had some players out, like Crispin Olando and Jerry Santo, which means if they are fit, we have a big squad and a good chance of playing for many trophies.
-A club like ours wants to win trophies, so we are looking at maybe three. If we can defend the KPL and win something else, then we will be happy, Pudo told Futaa.com.
Tusker kick off their Champions league campaign in just over ten days time, when they face APR of Rwanda.
