Three injury concerns in Stars camp

Amboko

Kawangware based Tusker Premier League (TPL) side Nairobi City Stars is sweating on the fitness of three of their players ahead of the Saturday 27 October trip to Naivasha where they are expected to face off with Karuturi Sport at the Oserian Stadium.

Nothing serious

Acccording to coach Bye Wadda, reserve goalkeeper Peter Odhiambo, first keeper Ronny Kagunzi and captain John Amboko are carrying knocks though he said there is nothing serious.

-We have a few injury concerns ahead of the weekend match; Peter has an ankle problem which has been troubling him for some time now but I referred him to a doctor so we will wait and see how he recuperates, he told futaa.com.

Aggravated

-The captain is also having a knee problem which he aggravated in the weekend game and we are still observing him while the keeper has a few bruises from the weekend game too but there is nothing serious at all. For the case of the keeper, if he fails to recover we have Majani who is ready to step in.

Wadda will certainly miss the services of Arthur Museve in the match. The defender is on five yellow cards and is thus suspended.
