Third tier league set for playoffs

The Western Provincial League is set for a mini-league in a few weeks as teams seek to get a ticket to the Division One [Zone B] in the 2013 season.

Four teams

Four teams will take part in the playoff ahead of qualification starting on Saturday 27^th October and Sunday 28^th October 2012 to the second tier side of Kenya’s football rankings.

The matches set for Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega will be played on a knock out basis over the two days with the winners getting the coveted ticket.

Kolongolo FC will play Mum-Cop with Shinyalu taking on Ikolomani. The two top teams will then get a slot in the Division one league.
