The match between KCB and Thika played on Monday 20 August
at the Nyayo Stadium ended on a 3-2 scoreline in favour of Thika.
KCB were first to score, in 44th minute, after Edwin Mwaura drove in an awarded penalty.
In the first minute of the second half, Peter Wainaina made the scores 2-0 in favour of KCB.
Three minutes later, Thika's Francis Kahata started his side on the attack, before Haji Mwachoki converted an awarded penalty, in the 74th minute, to level the scores.
Kepha Aswani then increased his season tally to eleven, with a 76th minute goal, a goal which awarded his side a victory.
After the match, Thika are ranked fifth in the league, overtaking Gor Mahia, while KCB are placed a distant 12th.
