Suspended Gor and Tusker players set for return

Anguyo

Gor Mahia and Tusker are expected to welcome back their previously suspended players for Sunday’s (October 28) Tusker Premier League crunch tie, at City Stadium.

Gor’s duo of Ugandan import Ivon Anguyo and Kenyan international defender Christopher Wekesa have completed serving their one match suspension as well as their counterpart from Tusker Boniface Oluoch and they are likely to get a starting place on Saturday.

Decisive match

With this match being billed as the potential title decider, the return of these key players offers relief to both tacticians.

Apart from the trio, Rangers’ striker Baldwin Ngwa and Thika United’s midfielder David Bogere will be returning to action this weekend after accumulating five yellow-cards in the previous encounters.

Tusker are currently sitting at the top of the table with 54 points, two ahead of second placed Gor.
