Sudan maul Nairobi Provincial League side

Fisa
Sudan National team, Falcons of Jeldaine, thrashed Nairobi Provincial League side FISA FC 5-1 in a build up match played at the Strathmore University Grounds on Wednesday 10 October 2012.

Speaking after the match, FISA Head Coach Charles Korea Omondi was in high spirits after the match despite the defeat saying Sudan gave them good opposition.

Positives

-I’m very happy despite the defeat. Sudan is a very good side with experience and my players have learnt a lot from this match. The positives outweigh the negatives, Omondi told futaa.com.

FISA finished fifth in the just concluded Nairobi Provincial League with 69 points. Sudan had pitched camp in the country in preparations for their Sunday 14 October AFCON 2013 qualifiers match against Ethiopia and is set to leave the country today, Thursday 11 October 2012.
