Robertsfors, the home to former Mathare United and Kenyan international defender Havenor Maloba, is on the verge of falling off from Swedish Division 2 to Division 3 at the close of the season.
Thus far, Robertsfors sits last in the 12-team Norrland league, one of the six leagues that make up the Swedish third tier.
Robertsfors who have only managed to collect ten points from 19 games is six points off s11th placed Alvik and seven off Moron who are just above the chop zone.
With three games left to the wrap of the season, Robertsfors' destiny lies with Härnösand, a team they meet on Saturday 21 September at the Högslättens IP Stadium.
As per the rules of the league, the last two teams in the league will drop down to Division 3, the Swedish third tier.
Any dropped points for the side at the weekend will see the team founded in 1907 drop down a level.
Maloba, capped five times for the Harambee Stars , has been regularly featuring for Robertsfors, his last appearance for the side being in the past weekend in a 3-2 home loss against Anundsjö.
He left Mathare United in 2011 to join Swedish side Friska Viljor FC before making a move to Robertsfors in the current season.
