After releasing four players, Kenyan Premier League side Western Stima will be signing a few players in the June transfer window to revamp its squad ahead of the second leg.
The Power-men have already held formal transfer talks with AFC Leopards midfielder Abraham Cokie and Muhoroni Youth leading striker Geoffrey Simiyu.
Advanced stage
Revealing to futaa.com, team manager Paul Ochieng said that negotiations are at an advanced stage and they are expecting the duo to join them in June.
-Cokie was one of us before joining Leopards, but he's not playing. The doors are open for him 100% same to Simiyu whom we talked with a few days ago.
-We know both of them are good players and with the arrival of Cokie I know our defensive midfield problems will be over.
-We have a great squad and I believe we'll finish-top five this season, said Ochieng.
The four dropped players by the Kakamega-based side include Steve Biko, Fredrick Okello, Mike Khaduli and Andrew Diego.
