Western Stima midfielder Daniel Onyango was handed the man of the match accolade after his side beat Sofapaka 2-1 in a league tie played at the City Stadium on Friday 21 September 2012 from 1600hrs local time.

Onyango expressed his delight in his post-match interview terming the award a capping for his hard work in training.
