Stars – Bafana set for pre match

The pre match meeting ahead of the Kenyan national team Harambee Stars’ friendly match against South Africa’a Bafana Bafana on Tuesday 16 October has been set for 0900hrs at the match venue, Nyayo National Stadium.

The activity will be overseen by Tanzanian referee Oden Mbaja and his two assistants John Kanyenje and Erasmo Jesse all who arrived in the country at 2100hrs on Monday 15 October. Reserve referee Thomas Onyango and match commissioner Immaculate Atieno will also be present.

The match will present the first ever meeting between the two sides on Kenyan soil. The last time the two met, South Africa won 2 – 0.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 1900hrs.
