SoNy Sugar followed up their match-winning display last weekend with another good display as they beat the Nairobi City Stars 1-0 in a Tusker Premier League clash.
Francis Ocholla struck on 17 minutes to hand the sugar millers the three points, at the Hope Centre in Kawangware on Sunday 30 September 2012.
He scored on the break and against the run of play, lobbing the ball over City Stars keeper Ronnie Kagunzi for the only goal of the game.
Relegation danger
It was another starring display from SoNy especially after a 3-0 win over high flying Thika United last weekend.
After then, City Stars who were missing head coach Gideon Ochieng who is out of the country, stuck to their gins as they probed for an equalizer.
SoNy though, renowned for having a solid defence, held on for their second straight win as they moved to 34 points from 26 games played, while City Stars (24) remain in danger of relegation, just four points above the relegation places.
