2009 Kenyan Premier League (KPL) champions Sofapaka have completed their transfer business for the 2012 season.
Satisfied
The second placed side on the KPL log signed Gor Mahia duo of Collins Gatusso Okoth and Demonde Selenga, and Rangers FC midfielder Danson Kago in the midseason window and released Musa Mudde, Ibrahim Boduka and Fredrick Ochieng and coach Salim Ali says he is satisfied with the dealings.
Finish the business
-We have closed the transfers’ chapter at the moment; no more signings or players going out. I am confident that the players at the team will finish the business and I believe we got the best players we needed in the transfer, he told futaa.com.
Sofapaka, who finished the first leg top of the table, started the second on a wrong footing, losing 1 – 0 to AFC Leopards on Wednesday 27 June.
