Silverware elates Sharks boss

Kariobangi Sharks
Kariobangi Sharks head coach Bernard Ndolo was ecstatic after his side won their first piece of silverware.

Sharks beat the Nakuru AllStars 1-0 in the final of the Madaraka Day Cup played on Friday 1 June 2012.

Simon Karumba scored the only goal of the game late on in the day to earn the FKF Division one Zone A leaders the win at the Nyayo National Stadium, to the obvious delight of Ndolo.

New players did well

- I am happy that we have won the trophy. It is a job well dome from the players.

-We tried some new players for this game because most of them are away with the under 20 team and for them to play this well is great to see. I am very happy, Ndolo told Futaa.com.

Sharks can now turn their attention back to the FKF division one league, where they will look to maintain their leadership throughout the season.
