Kariobangi Sharks are the 2012 Madaraka Day Cup Champions.
The division one side beat fellow second tierists Nakuru AllStars 1-0 in a clash played at the Nyayo National Stadium, Friday 1 June 2012.
After a dull first half, both sides came into the second period with lots of energy, making for an interesting second half.
Replace Tusker
The plaudits would however go to Sharks with Simon Karumba scoring the lone goal after 78 minutes to give the FKF Division one Zone A leaders the trophy.
Sharks thus replace Tusker FC, who were the 2011 edition winners.
