After a season that has been blighted by financial issues, Shabana are looking to ensure that next season they do not feel the pressure.
The famous FKF Division One Zone B club has been hampered by lack of funds that could have probably lifted the club towards promotion to the Tusker Premier League.
Despite all the negatives, they are in mid-table and will not carry around the tag of relegation candidates.
Technical director Francis Baraza says that they are working on ways to ensure they are in better shape next season.
Working on deals
- At the moment, we are working on ways of lifting the club next season.
- This year, we have had very many problems, chief of which have been caused by lack of funds that have made life difficult.
- Next season, we want none of that. We are working on ways of bringing in some money that can help us grow as a club, he told Futaa.com.
Due to the financial constraints, the club has been forced to abscond many a match in the league this season.
