Seven ties lined up in Girls Premier

Action in the top tier 12-team Girls Premier League continues on Saturday 11 August 2012 with four games lined up and another three on Sunday 12th.

Replaced

Makolanders start off Saturday’s plan with a home tie against second placed Moyas Ladies at the Jericho Lower grounds in a game that kicks off at 1000hrs.

From 1500hrs, three other ties will take place; Western Commando will host fifth placed Thika Queens at Butere Girls as Sotik Super Stars who replaced Kass Ladies at the end of the first leg will host Old is Gold at the Kericho Green Stadium.

Not be in action

Kamaliza Eaglets will host Mombasa’s Spedag at St. Paul’s in another tie.

On Sunday, Old is Gold will be at the Gusii Stadium to face Kisii United. Thika Queens will cross over from Butere for a Sunday game in Kisumu against hosts Galacticos Youth.

League leaders Matuu will wrap Sunday action with a tie against Spedag of Mombasa.

Only Mathare United, currently placed fourth, will not be action at the weekend.
