Reports: Koops' days numbered

After a recent spate of poor performances, culminating in a 2-1 defeat by old-time rivals Gor Mahia, speculative reports indicate that AFC Leopards are on the verge of severing ties with head Coach Jan Koops.

Reason

An inside source told Futaa.com, that the most recent loss was the straw that broke the camel's back.

-The club has had a positive relationship with Koops since his entry to the team, the source, an official at the club, said.

-He has brought us a long distance but now we have to look at other  coaching options.

Standings  

AFC, with 45 points are currently ranked third in the Tusker Premier League, behind Gor Mahia and Tusker FC.
