Kenyan international and Harambee Stars deputy captain is reported to have signed for Tanzanian champions Simba SC, a few days after he was reported missing at the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) leaders AFC Leopards.
Twite replacement
According to dailynews.co.tz, the former Rangers FC captain has sealed the move and is thought to be the replacement for defender Mbuyi Twite who was snapped up by the mainland champions’ rivals Yanga FC.
-Mainland champions Simba have settled for the signature of Kenya’s Harambee Stars vice captain and defender Pascal Ochieng as a replacement for Mbuyi Twite who was snatched by their rivals Yanga, the report said.
The report, however, did not reveal any more details as far as the transfer is concerned.
Yet to feature
Pascal signed for AFC Leopards in the mid season transfer period before leaving for a short unsuccessful trial period in South Africa with newly promoted Pretoria University. He never featured for Ingwe in competitive action.
