Former Tottenham Hotspurs manger Harry Redknapp believes that
the qualification for next season's Champions League would not have done him
any justice in the club’s decision to relieve him of his managerial duties.
-We finished fourth and were unlucky at the end, but I think the same outcome would have happened. Even if we had finished fourth, the chairman would have gone down the same road. But that is football. I had four great years at Spurs. All you can do is leave the club in a better state than you found it and I did that, for sure. Redknapp said on BBC Radio Five Live.
Everton manager David Moyes has been spotted favourite to take over from Redknapp, while the former West Ham and Portsmouth boss stated his desire to find another job and continue.
