Rangers ready to disconnect Stima

Rangers Team Manager Willis Waliaula believes his charges will register their first win of the season against Western Stima in the Kenyan Premier League, on Wednesday March 14, at City Stadium.

Buoyed by the sponsorship deal news after the stakeholders meeting on Monday, the Daima Milk bound sponsored team is optimistic to rediscover its winning ways after garnering only two points out of their last three matches.

rejuvenated

Was it not for the intervention of NEC member Hussein Terry during their 2-1 loss to Sofapaka last week, Rangers players had threatened to revolt the fixture due to what was reported to be unpaid salaries. But now everything is set with their guns blazing towards the Powermen.

-The boys are in good spirits after the sponsorship news broke. It's now the right time for us to start winning, Waliaula told futaa.com.

-No injury alarm at the moment and everybody is focused for the match, I believe we’ll get our first win tomorrow. I know it will be difficult for us to reap all the three points but we're prepared to get them, insisted the U23 Team Manager.

Rangers are currently rooted second from the bottom in the Kenyan Premier League, two points ahead of Mathare United.
