With just a day to go before Rangers FC take on Western Stima in a game scheduled for Sunday 28 October at the Bukhungu Stadium, the relegation threatened side is still unsure of whether it will honour the match.

According to the club’s chairman Mr. Yobesh Ongeri, the Nairobi side is still facing some financial challenges as they prepare for the clash but he promised to do his best to see that they make the trip.

-We are still having a few problems as regards the financial bit on travelling and accommodation arrangements for the game; at the moment I am not sure if we will honour the game but I am not giving up on it as yet. I will try my best to see that we travel there, he told futaa.com.

Rangers has had financial difficulties all season as a result of their sponsors’ withdrawal early last season.
