Rangers – Gor to air live across Africa

The big Tanzanian derby between Simba SC and Yanga FC in the Vodacom Premier League is set to be played on Wednesday 3 October, same date as the Rangers versus Gor Mahia encounter in the Tusker Premier League (TPL).

The channels

Supersport will transmit both matches live but on different channels; the Rangers FC - Gor Mahia game will be broadcast on channel 209 (Supersport 9) which is accessible throughout the continent while the Tanzanian derby will be live on channel 219 (Supersport 9 East) which is only accessible in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

The Simba – Yanga game will be staged at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam while the Rangers FC – Gor Mahia one will be at the Nyayo National Stadium.

Both matches kick off at 1900hrs East African time.
