Poly Coach concedes defeat after Voi loss

On Sunday 7 October 2012, at the Moi Stadium in Voi, host Kingstone Voi ended Mombasa Poly’s fine run in a Zone B tie of the South Coast Provincial League.

Poly, the table toppers, were handed a 4-2 beating in that game.

Naturally, the win excited Kingstone’s head Coach and sports manly so, Poly’s Coach conceded defeat.  

-The boys played well. Although we won Mombasa Polytechnic is a good team. They have given us a run for our money’, said Kingstone Coach Seif Abdalla

-We lost to a better team. We lost concentration in the second half which cost us, said Joseph Yeboa Sihuli

Despite the loss, Mombasa Polytechnic remain at the podium of the log with 42 points, ten more than second placed Nacet from Ukunda.
