Peace Cup attracts hundreds

Fans

The ongoing Kiambu Peace Cup has managed to attract hundreds of fans as the matches enter into the finals stages.

In the quarterfinal matches played last weekend, the fan base increased to over 1000 with talents also thronging the Dumberi Grounds to take part in the day’s action almost overwhelming the stadium.

More expected

It is expected that the number will bulge this weekend despite only a handful of fans turning up in the original stages as the tournament heads into the semis after a nail biting action in the quarters last weekend.

Clubs that made it through to the semis of the tournament include Capital FC, Chocho, Bornstar FC and Kiambu United after winning their respective matches in the quarters.
