Pamzo looks forward to City Stars tie

Newly acquired Oserian FC coach Sammy Pamzo Omollo is settling in at the Naivasha based Kenyan Premier League (KPL) side after his first training session on Monday 20 August and he says he is preparing well for the Nairobi City Stars game on Saturday 25 August.

Players’ attributes

Pamzo, a KPL winner with Tusker FC last season and the reigning KPL coach of the year believes the weekend game will enable him know the real attributes of the players and devise a way to manage the side for future assignments.

-I am looking forward to preparing the team well for the Nairobi City Stars game at the weekend, it is also good that we will be at home and that game will give me a real picture of the team and individual players’ qualities. From then I will know how to handle the team in future assignments, he told futaa.com.

High spirit

The former Kenyan international defender also expressed his joy at the high spirits in camp, a situation he says will help him deliver at his new work station.

-The players here are also in the right mood and really motivated. They are fired up and ready for the upcoming assignments and that is a plus for me. I just hope we will be able to do this job together in its completeness, he added.
