Pamzo confident Oserian will survive the chop

Sammy Omollo

Newly appointed Coach Sammy Pamzo Omollo of top flight league returnees Oserian FC is confident that the team will see no lower tier football in the coming season.

Get points

According to Omollo, up his sleeve is a plan for the team to win the remaining home games as well as pick some points from selected away games.

-I think we will be in the league, he said soon after a league clash with Gor Mahia on Wednesday 29 August 2012 which ended in a 1-0 loss for Oserian.

Strong assurance

- The thing is we have to get points especially at home. Those are matches that we have to get points

- We said that today if it was a draw it could have been a good result for us. For the away games, there are some that we should get the points

We will stay in the league I don’t see anything difficult to do. It will happen, he added with a strong assurance

Seven more games to play

- But from what I saw today I am really impressed and I know where to start, he concluded

Oserian, currently 16th in the Tusker Premier League, have seven more games to play; four away against Chemelil Sugar, Sofapaka, Mathare United then Sony Sugar and three at home against Ulinzi Stars, AFC Leopards and Rangers FC.
