Pamzo back in the game

Less than a week after parting ways with the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) champions Tusker FC, the reigning KPL coach of the year Sammy Pamzo Omollo is back in the Kenyan top tier.

In training
The former Kenyan international defender has since his sacking been linked with Naivasha side Oserian FC and on Monday 20 August he reported to the team and is currently in training with the 16th placed team.

It is, however, not yet clear in which role he has been appointed to serve at the Flowermen but speculation is rife that he could take over as coach, with Peter Ogutu, who joined the club in the midseason transfer period serving as his assistant.

Technical Director’s slot

On Saturday the club parted ways with its technical director Mr. Gilbert Selebwa and with the position vacant, a wild guess could also be that Pamzo might have been hired to fill in the slot.
