The friendly match will be played on Sunday 7th October 2012 will serve as a bonding session for both companies in a bid to promote cohesion.
The two sides have taken advantage of the FKF Cup break in the league meaning that the pitch will not be busy for the two weekend days.
The Oserian grounds have been busy in the recent past as it is also home to neighboring Karuturi Sport whose pitch is entangled in a legal tussle for the entire second leg of this season.
